Return and Refund Policy

Returns: You may return/exchange an item within 10 days of delivery if it is faulty, damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered. A Rs. 200 freight deduction applies to returns.

Exchange: For a defective/faulty item, email photos to info@sunnahsmile.pk or WhatsApp. Item must be unused, with seal and original packaging intact, along with your invoice. Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. We can't accept returns if the request is late, the product was damaged through use, or it's been tampered with.
