Our Classic 2 head model comes with two changeable heads at the tip and is perfect for beginners!

How to Use:

1. Gently detach the Miswak heads from the wooden handle.

2. Soak the Miswak heads in water for 5–10 minutes to soften the fibers.

3. After soaking, chew the tip lightly until the fibers spread and form natural bristles.

4. Once the bristles appear, your Miswak head is ready to use—just like a toothbrush.

Tip: After the first use, the bristles will become softer and more effective for natural oral cleaning.
